Tooth Whitening

We help our clients to recover their beautiful smiles.

Discover our Tooth Whitening

At America Dental, we have MORE THAN 18 YEARS of experience providing the highest level of biological and holistic dental care.

Professional tooth whitening is a dental bleaching process that uses high concentrations of hydrogen or carbamide peroxide to penetrate the enamel and change the color of the dentin below. A highly trained dentist supervises the entire teeth whitening process.

Its main goal is to eliminate the intrinsic and extrinsic stains that produce a change of hue on the dental surface, leaving the teeth whiter and restoring the natural shine of the dental enamel.

There are two options for professional tooth whitening. Both options use peroxide-based bleaching agents (carbamide or hydrogen peroxides).

Recover your smile in our Dental Clinic

At our dental clinic, tooth whitening involves the careful and controlled application of a relatively high concentration peroxide gel (15% to 43% peroxide) to the teeth at 15 to 20-minute intervals. The peroxide is activated by a special light that intensifies and speeds up the tooth whitening process. The entire process can take up to 2 hours.

Having your tooth whitened by our biological dentist team at the clinic ensures that the entire procedure will be performed safely and correctly.

Before the procedure, our specialist ensures that oral tissues are adequately protected throughout the tooth whitening process. A unique cheek retractor is used to open the mouth and protect the lips. A unique gingival barrier will also be polymerized over the gums to protect them from the peroxide solution and light. High vacuum suction will be used throughout the process to reduce accidental ingestion of the bleach solution.

In-office whitening can produce spectacular results. You can see tooth Whitening immediately after the appointment. Results vary from person to person. Typically, teeth will be 2 to 8 shades lighter after the procedure.

Patients with stubborn stains may be advised to return for one or more additional tooth whitening sessions or may be asked to continue with a home tooth whitening system

Tooth Whitening for home

As the name suggests, you can have your whitening at home. Professionally dispensed take-home whitening kits include a low-concentration peroxide-based solution (3% to 20% peroxide) and a custom whitening tray made by your dentist.

The gel is applied to the teeth using custom-made whitening trays that you wear every day for hours. Whitening is achieved over time. Take-home teeth whitening kits are designed for you to use safely. Due to the low concentration of peroxide, the solution can safely stay on the teeth longer. Having custom-made whitening trays also ensures that the solution is a perfect fit for your teeth.

This prevents leakage and contact with the gums or other tissues in the mouth.

Enjoy a Healthier Life with our

Dental Cleaning

Dental-Cleaning1

At our dental clinic, the first phase of “scraping” is to remove plaque and tartar deposits. Often an ultrasonic tool is used to remove most of the tartar, and then other hand tools are used to scrape off any remains.

The next phase of our dental cleaning is to polish the teeth so that the surface is smooth. Although polishing removes stains and leaves teeth smooth and shiny, it is not just a cosmetic procedure. It also smoothes small imperfections and ridges on the tooth to prevent plaque from adhering to them.

Our specialist in biological dental care will advise you how often you need to have your teeth cleaned. It’s important to remember that professional cleaning is a complement to a good oral health routine.
